// 04 — the fine print

Good to know.

At Ticaga, all our employees start with a short probation period of 3 months. This allows you to get a feel of how our company works and learn our software.

We pay our employees on the last working day of each month, to ensure that you get paid on time and can plan your finances accordingly.

We pay via bank transfer, so you'll need to provide us with your bank details when you start.

You also gain an extra holiday day at 1, 3, 5, 7 & 10 years with us.

We also have a holiday buy-back scheme (not including the compulsory 28 days).

This role is office-based. After the probation period, a hybrid working arrangement may be offered, requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site.

If you're working from home, you'll need a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
